Common questions
Before you apply.
Do I need experience to work at camp?
Yes, ideally we would like you to have minimum 1 year experience working with children.
How are the weeks and shifts scheduled?
Camp roles are organised by holiday week, club roles by school term. We share dates well in advance and try hard to fit around you.
Do you pay for my DBS check?
Yes. We cover your DBS check and your core training. It's on us, not you.
Is there a uniform?
A Funatic! t-shirt and your own comfy clothes you don't mind getting muddy. We provide the t-shirt.
Can a summer job become permanent?
Absolutely. As we grow there'll be more year-round and management roles, and we love promoting from within.
